Park City

My family made the annual trip to Park City this week and as usual it was amazing. Food, hiking, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, family and fun. On Sunday we hiked up the ski trails to be one with nature. On the way down it started raining, thundering and lightning. The adrenalin was defiantly running as we were running down the mountain as fast as we could trying to avoid being struck.
Pre-hike:

Once we were down the mountain and the rain had stopped there was a beautiful rainbow.

Family Wedding

Last weekend my cousin Rhiannon got married! My family came up and we all had fun celebrating this special event. The happy couple were married at a beautiful log lodge in the Utah country where the scenery was great.

My Grandpa and Grandma and Rhiannon.

Tucker girls and our new, soon to be, sister Brittany.

The Jensen Family. Dad, Mom, Grandpa, Aunt Valerie, Uncle Mark, Grandma.

Happy Plants

I've gone on this plant kick and decided i wanted to put some life into our apartment.
Let me introduce you to Spike. Cute isn't he?

On Friday my Grandma and I went plant shopping. We both got cute plants (including Spike) for our homes and I got a sweet pot for the front porch. My grandma planted the pink flowered ones for me giving then a better chance at life. The lady said they are supposed to bloom again near Christmas which will be nice.

They are a great addition to the atmosphere and it give me something to take care of while Tristan is away.
This one is in the kitchen. It has yet to be named.

Thanks Grandma! Love you!

It's the 4th!!

I dont know about y'all but Tristan and I had a rockin' 4th of July! Saturday morning we woke up and went straight over the Provo parade. Thanks to a few of my girlfriends who spent the night on the sidewalk we had awesome front row seats. I never thought a parade in Provo could attract that many people!

After the Parade we made lunch, went shopping, read, and took a nap. Tristan had the idea of a picnic dinner up on Y mountain to get an awesome view of the fireworks. We bought our first baby BBQ and some chairs, packed up dinner and headed up the mountain. It was awesome!! This was the view from our spot:

This is our 4th of July set up:

Tristan grillin' up some burgers and corn on the cob...

While I supervise and enjoy the view...

Yummy dinner:

We had the best day being together, enjoying the holiday and the awesome Utah weather.

HAPPY 4th of JULY!
