Change of Weather

This morning a storm rolled into Provo an now Timpanogos has snow on its peaks. Fall has officially made it's appearance. Today i wore my thick BYU socks and my toes were cute and warm. Winter, please don't come too fast.

Second Bloom

The cute plants i bought in July are still doing well. My pink flower plants have bloomed again. It was such a wonderful suprise and must mean im doing something right. The pink flowers add so much to my front porch. Keep on growing plants!

Birthday Celebrations

Tristan's birthday involved a lot of class and homework but we were still able to have some fun.

He opened presents and cards after class.

I got him a scuba diving flash light, a subscription to Scuba Diving magazine, and a all purpose diving bag. I was thinking he can use it to store cool stuff he finds while diving. Shipwreck treasure, shells, whatever.

For his birthday dinner we went to Tucanos, a Brazilian grill. Its our favorite place to go for special events. The Jackson's and Jeremy came along to help us celebrate.


After dinner we had pie. Strawberry rhubarb, Tristan's favorite. Yay for Tristan's Birthday!

Today is Tristan's Birthday!! Yahoo! 25 has never looked better!!

Tonight we plan to go to Tucanos for his birthday dinner (yummm), eat some pie, and have some friends over.

Special Day

Today is an awesome day for 3 reasons:

Number ONE (and most importantly) it is Shawns Perdue's Brithday! YAHOO! Shout out to birthday boy Shawn (tristan's older brother). Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you. Hope you have an awesome day and get a birthday kiss.... :) We miss you!! Love you Shawn!

Number TWO: today is the season premire of "The Office"! YES!! It really is an awesome day!

Number THREE: Today i started the 7th and final Harry Potter book for the first time. I haven't been this excited about reading a book in a long time. I cant wait to find out what actually happens to everyone. This day is getting even better.

Numba VII

Ohhhh yeaaa! Our very own BYU Cougars jumped to number 7 in the AP Poll this morning. Go Cougs! This is a proud moment to be a BYU fan. This is one of my favorite times of the year, football season, and this season i've been following the college teams more than ever before.

Elder Tucker Returns Jan 5th

He's actually coming home! A couple days ago we received Brady's return travel itinerary. It's so so exciting and i cant wait to see him again. Although it is still 4 months away we are excited to know the plane has been booked and there's a seat with Brady's name on it. The poor Elder leaves Argentina at 9:00 pm and flys over night and all day and arrives in San Diego at 3:40 pm, he's gonna be pooped and maybe a little smelly but who cares... its going to be awesome.

He leaves Buenos Aries at 9:00 pm. January 4th.
Flies to Santiago and lands at 10:20 pm.
He leaves Santiago at 11:55pm.
Flies to Miami and lands at 6:40 am Jan 5th.
He leaves Miami at 11:30 am.
Flies to LA and lands at 2:10 pm.
He leaves LA at 2:50pm.
Flies to San Diego at 3:40 for his FINAL DESTINATION!
