Fun at Great Grandmas

We are on our way home from spending the most perfect week at Grandma and Grandpa Jensen's house in Layton, Utah. I always love a trip to Utah. The last few times we came were very busy trips with Brady's wedding and then BYU graduation. This time we had nothing on the agenda but to hang at Grandmas house and that's exactly what I wanted to do. Callen was in heaven for 7 days straight. Grandma has so many fun toys to play with. A Lego choo choo train, a castle with horse carriages, and a play parking garage with lots of cars. Mornings are the best at Grandmas. Grab your breakfast and sit out on the patio in the cool morning sun. Callen was free to run in and out of the house, roam the huge backyard, dig in the garden, and lay on the swing.
Highlights were riding on a Grandpas "tractor" to help mow the lawn, pulling the red wagon, swimming in the alligator pool, wearing as little clothing as mom would allow, and playing hide and go seek.
Callen fell in love with Great Grandma and Grandpa on this trip. He would follow Grandpa out to his garden shed to see what he was doing and he would grab Grandmas hand and drag her to do all the things he wanted to do. Whenever we left the house he would ask to go back to "Grandmas house". It's fun to see Callen having the same joy and fun memories I had as a child visiting Grandma and Grandpa. Their house truly is magical.
